Most of us, even those who (still) haven’t read Exupery, are convinced that what is essential is invisible to the eye. The camera is even more imperfect. What is our alternative then?
The strive for capturing the essence of the moment – this is the meaning of photography for me. Sometimes it’s hard to catch even the obvious, other times you somehow manage to transmit the emotion and the deeper meaning. It seems to me that the secret of success is hidden in the intense interaction between the subject and the observer.
